Mr. Hussain has more than 27 years of experience in the Human Resource Management function. He has been working in the UK and Saudi Arabia as HR Consultant, Business Partner, Oracle HRMS Functional Consultant, Manager: Compensation and Benefits, Payroll, Organization Development, Talent Management, Learning and Development, HR Lecturer and JCI GLD & SQE modules professional.

He is holding Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, approved by CIPD, from Nottingham Trent University, England (UK). He is PHR/SPHR professional, Certified Oracle 8i & 9i.  Attended courses on Oracle HRMS Modules (HR, Payroll, SSHR, OLM) and implemented Oracle HRMS Modules. Professional in Compensation & Benefits, worked with Hay Group Consultancy and AoN Hewitt organization and established grades and pay structures. He has been rated exceptional most of the time in his professional career. He bagged a lot of accolades during his professional career.
